Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return (see instructions below) within 15 days of purchase with a Golf Grips Super Store order number. All non-grip merchandise must be new & in unused condition with all labels and tags attached. Product will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Refunds of new & unused merchandise/grips will be provided in the form of original payment. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

We will kindly ask you to ship them back for a full quality inspection. If the grips are new/unused, you will receive a refund in the form of the original payment once received. If the grips have been installed & removed from your clubs, we will provide store credit once received only at 50%.

Only items purchased directly on Golf Grips Super Store with your original order number may be returned. If you purchased a Golf Pride product through another retailer or vendor, please contact the place of purchase for its return policy. 

We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 15 days of receiving your item. Please see our Return Policy above.


If you’d like to return product(s) and request a refund for products ordered within the last 15 days directly from, simply click this link and enter your personal information (name, address, phone number), your email address linked to your order, and your original order number & order date on your Golf Grips Super Store Confirmation email.

Golf Grips Super Store will process your return within 10 business days of receiving the shipment. All grips that were not purchased from will be returned.


We strive to efficiently fulfill your order to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel an order, please complete the CONTACT US form or email us at immediately. We will make every effort to cancel.

If your order is already in process, we are unable to cancel it. If this is the case, you can simply follow the instructions above to return your order. We will verify your order status after you contact us.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
